Black Holes of Misconduct

I happened to watch two shows among myy T.V. viewing tonight.  The first was about Robert Durst, and the second about the O.J Simpson trial.  There is such a strange parallel between them.  Two individuals who murdered multiple people, who have seemed to have gotten away with it, and yet, who have both spent a significant amount of time either in county jail or in prison.  It's like, their lives revolve around a black hole of death and justice; something that neither of them can ultimately escape.  Metaphorically, they are both beyond the rehabilitative event horizon.
